[Talk-il] 278 unmapped gpx files of israel

I did not tag most of the data, mainly since i didn't know the street name /
type.
Just manually drawing a line over the gpx data, and connecting it to the
surrounding roads is a considerable amount of work.

I think that automatic conversion of gpx to osm points and lines is not that
appealing, since you get lines with way too many points, and still have to
connect the line to the surrounding streets and eliminate duplications -
some of the gpx tracks are already mapped.

I also wanted to mention, that JOSM can also convert gpx to osm data, and
also upload the new data.
