[Talk-il] 278 unmapped gpx files of israel

I'm not sure why to "draw the roads (on top of them) by hand".

The way I work is to upload gpx tracks from my device to JOSM, remove
existing ways and optimize and tags the new ones.

(I haven't looked at the traces  of Albeck  yet so I don't know their
condition)
