[Talk-il] software from freemap.co.il

I managed to install it on a Nokia 6120, but as far as I remember it didn't
recognize the Bluetooth GPS. I tried also to install it on Samsung Blackjack
II, but it complained that the OS version was incompatible or something like
that. You'll probably manage to use it on a Windows PDA device.
