[Talk-il] house numbers

Hi guys,

This is quite cool! I've started adding some house numbers, according to the
Karlsruhe Schema.
It is only rendered in zoom 17 of *osmrender* layer.
Check out rechov emek bracha in Tel-Aviv:

This is a step towards making sure we have routable data in our maps, like
some other project I won't mention :)
