[Talk-il] Complete map of Israel

Hi everyone,

I just found that there is a complete map of Israel, compiled frequently and
available in some formats (osm and garmin's img).

I was impressed to see the amount of work that we've done :)

This can be used as a base for map generation in various languages (Hebrew,
English, etc.)
