[Talk-il] OpenStreetBugs: two new bugs for Netanya

Hi,

checked both roads. Seems like I have created that not long time ago.
Looks really like a mistake... I removed it. But I will check it in the next
days, to be sure.

Also Remez street is on my todo list :)
