[Talk-in] combining layers in josm

Hello
We've found it very useful to have OSM lists in each country where there's a lot of activity. There will be topics specific to the locality -- such as announcements of local mapping parties, discussion of country specific tags, localization. And generally, it helps to facilitate connection and communication within the community.
There were a couple other lists pre-existing FreeMap2008. We'll be moving subscribers from those lists over the talk-in list. We also collected email addresses from participants in the workshops; we'll add this as well. This will hopefully happen this coming week.
There are a number of other lists to consider joining.
"talk" is general discussion about all things OSM. Be warned, it's very high volume.
"dev" is about development issues.
"newbies" is a list for new users -- there are experienced OSM-ers subscribed who will help and answer any beginner questions on OSM.
Cheers
Mikel
