theoretically yes. But in reality there are many hotels that serve _only_
non-veg. (e.g many specialty biriyani corners serve only chicken/mutton
biriyani and don't serve any veg biriyani).

yes/no scheme helps to know if a place server both veg/non-veg a classic
case could be something like a pizza place.

Its another matter all-together that there is a pizza place in Malleswaram
where you get _only_ veg pizzas .
