yup, those boundaries were added with the AND import. It kindo of just gives
one the idea of how big that town is, its better than nothing. But if you
are planning to map details in that area, i cant see any good reason to hold
onto it. delete.

the yahoo coverage boundary is not rendered. helps in keeping track of areas
with high res imagery coverage
