[Talk-in] Usage of www.surveykshan.gov.in

Jaisen and Yogi,

It seems to me that that website can only be opened in Windows. Linux users
need to access it via a browser on a cloud (Or via wine, but why go
thorough the hassle?). I can access it in Linux using a copy of Windows in
a virtual machine (But again, why to go through the hassle?)
