I did a quick quality review and the IR dataset seems to have errors so we
should not completely rely on it. Here is comparison with existing osm data
in North Bangalore:

Kodigahalli station is on the wrong location and spelt Kodigahallen
Hebbal station is missing
An unkown station called Kacharakanahalle is between Hebbal and Banaswadi
Importing this is probably a bad idea, but its a good dataset to fill in
stations location on lines where none exist at the moment. The spellings
overall have minor errors from the official ones.
