Those are standard map tiles, in Web Mercator.

You can compare http://tile.openstreetmap.org/10/719/456.png and 
http://tile1.nrsc.gov.in/tilecache/tilecache.py/1.0.0/bhuvan_imagery2/10/719/456.jpg 
to see that they are the same area.
