[Talk-in] Roads in India: How complete is OpenStreetMap ?

Most of Haryana, Gujarat and Rajasthan were mapped by HeinzV and Oberaffe I
think.. Karnataka, Tamil nadu, Kerala and Maharashtra are decently mapped
too... The rest needs a lot of work...
