[Talk-in] How to get all missing street names for chennai?

Hi all,

I am exploring on srikanth's Tamil Maps.
Thinking on bringing tamil map for chennai with all street names.

I am seeing many streets are drawn on OSM without any name for them.

How can get them all?

So that we can ask people to fill those details first via any online
form or mobile app.
