Here's a query on overpass, that can help you identify streets with missing
streets (i.e data on OSM having a `highway` tag, and having a blank `name`
tag) - http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/nZs

You can pan and zoom, into areas you're specifically interested in mapping,
in the map on the right, and identify these streets.

Once identified, if you click on a certain street on the map on the right,
it should give you a pop up with a link to the street on OSM, and you can
edit the streets one by one.

There's probably a simpler way of doing this if we create to-fix tasks for
each area on osmlab.github.io/to-fix/, but I am not sure of how to do that.
Tracking a request for the docs on
https://github.com/osmlab/to-fix/issues/202 without knowing if they already
exist somewhere else, will wait for a response. : )
