[Talk-in] Change of merged bank names in OpenStreetMap

Srihari's suggestion of using overpass->JOSM is the easiest if we want to
make such a change.

> Meanwhile, we can just change bank name from associate to SBI.

We should do this once the name boards on the ground start changing,
otherwise this would cause confusion for those using the maps. Ganesh is
there a deadline by which all the branches should update their signboard?
