[Talk-in] What are the Guidelines for mapping address information in India?

We should also accept that there's going to be some limitations with
capturing addresses properly in India. My address while living in the
village was of the format:

Mrs ABC, w/o late XYZ  [w/o= wife of]
Village,
District,
State Pincode

It will be quite the day when there is a geocoder capable of searching for
such addresses :)
