[Talk-is] Mapping party in Höfuðborgarsvæðið at the end of December

I added a page to the wiki regarding a mapping party in
Höfuðborgarsvæðið at the end of December:

Please add yourself to the list of interested users if you're
interested and indicate what time you can join, I don't know what time
and when in the time period December 29-31 would be good for most
people, hopefully we can quickly figure that out. The recent RPUG
meeting was held at around 17:30 with a social meetup at around 20:00
or so afterwards, how about we use that schedule (we could try to
organize it so that people could join/part at any time they feel
comfortable with).

Anyway, I think it would be good idea to have a mapping party in the
field followed by a social event at some café where everyone could
meet up afterwards. Like Balthazar which is where people met up after
the last RPUG meeting which is a very comfortable place (and we could
probably reserve a room upstairs). It would also be nice to set a date
& time as soon as possible so that the event could be more widely
advertised so we'll get a turnout of more than 2 which was what we
ended up with last time :)
