[Talk-is] Mapping party in Höfuðborgarsvæðið at the end of December

I set a definite date for it and made a rudimentary mapping plan, I
thought it might be a good idea to start at the University of Iceland
since it's central and the general route we're taking (University of
Iceland -> Breiðholt) is fairly simple and easy to follow:
