[Talk-is] Uppdráttr Íslands as a free map source

I've been using Uppdráttr Íslands as a toponym and map source for OSM
mapping recently, it's very useful in conjunction with landsat
imagery:

I've been putting "source=Uppdráttr Íslands" or
"source=landsat;Uppdráttr Íslands" on objects which I derive from this
map.
