[Talk-is] Ég sendi skilaboð á þá sem ekki hafa enn samþykkt Contributor Terms

Sæl öll!

Seems that today the bot that deletes contributions of people that did not
accept the new OSM license did hit Reykjavík: I noticed changeset 12352115 by
user OSMF Redaction Account.

Deletions are often hard to analyse using the mainstream OSM tools, but I
suspect that the following issue is due to this: Have a look at
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=64.1420258581638&lon=-21.9462981820107&zoom=18
There, segments of Hringbraut between Suðurgata down to Sæmundargata are
missing. (I did not fix it yet to give you an impression of the kind of
changes).

So this probably means we all should have a closer look at any problems due
to this (and fix them of course)...

Kveðja,
Helmut
