[Talk-it-piemonte] Linea 10 festiva

I may be Polish but I am not mapping from far away at all. I live right 
next to Vespucci (stop 380) on route 10/10F.

If you look at the printed schedules at the bus stops, these says 
"10/10F". These are two designations for very different routes. On 
working days, you have route 10 (tram) and 10N (bus). On holidays, you 
have route 10F (bus) covering the entire distance. The strip maps (large 
yellow signs at the stops) also make an explicit distinction between "10 
feriale" and "10 festivo".

I did not invent the abbreviation 10F. It is what GTT uses on the 
ground. Thus, I believe the route should be tagged 10F.
