mal comune...
io penso sia un problema di come salva i file ogr2ogr, ma non sono un
esperto.
dico questo perche' avevo fatto le tue stesse operazioni con la CTR
vettoriale del mio comune a pavia e polyshp mi converte perfettamente il
file della lombardia, ma non mi converte quello riproiettato. altri modi per
farlo non li conosco...
