[Talk-it] Nuova procedura per importare i file shp: ogr2osm

Mancano delle parentesi quadre sul primo? Mi linki anche il file che stai
provando a convertire? Ricordati che deve essere gia wgs84 o devi
aggiungere un ulteriore comando.
