Volevo dare anche io una mano, ma ho alcune domande:

- avendo i dati che si basano su osm, non sarebbe possibile fare il 
lavoro in automatico? Qualcuno saprebbe come fare?

- avendo la leggenda di Copernicus, che tag bisogna usare per i vari 
livelli di crolli? Partendo da qui [0], i seguenti tag (da aggiungere ai 
building) potrebbero andare?

Completely Destroyed        -> earthquake:damage
