[OSM-ja] Fwd: [OSM-talk] Aerial photographs (5cm per pixel) is now available from Dortmund

過去のメールを整理していて先ほど気づいたのですが
ドイツaerowest社によるDortmundの5cm(per pixel)衛星画像が2010/6/30まで
OSM向けに提供されています。（期間限定のパイロットプロジェクトだそうです）

からpotlatchで開いてみるとズームレベル22の背景にまで使えるほどの解像度です。

これを利用してOSCなどでOSMに触れるきっかけとして来場者にアームチェアマッピングを
してもらうのも面白いかもしれないと思いました。
6/30までなので札幌には間に合うな。。

As of now, the high-resolution aerial photographs of the Dortmund company
Aerowest http://www.aerowest.de for the area of the city of Dortmund are
available. For a pilot project which has Aerowest GmbH orthophotos from the
year 2009 provided with a ground resolution of 5 cm per pixel are available
for unlimited use until 30.06.2010.

The images from the WMS-Server are accessed via the following address:

The aim of the project
Aerowest supported Openstreetmap and promises this strategic cooperation to
new insights into how free geographic information can be useful for
commercial spatial data providers.
In particular, hoped Aerowest a collection of house numbers are clearly
better than commercial providers currently able to deliver. If successful,
this pilot project is being considered by Aerowest to release aerial
photographs of other towns for the OSM community.
