[OSM-ja] Japanese Translation of "OpenStreetMap Gets Noticed by Microsoft, AOL" possible?

Hi list,

Probably some of you already have read this blog post:

I'm not sure it would be OK to make an official translation of this article
to Japanese (we could ask the author), but I think it would be a valuable
document to promote OpenStreeetMap to Japanese government officials, etc..

What do you think?
