[OSM-ja] 充電スタンドのRFC(Was: [Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Charging station)

Charging station（日本語は「充電スタンド」で良いでしょうか？）のタグが提案されています。

従来、燃料の一種として以下のように表現されていたのですが
amenity=fuel
fuel:electricity=*
電気は燃料ではないのでこれを独立させて
amenity=charging_tation
とする提案です。

よく知らないのですが、充電スタンドは日本でもすでに普及しているんですかね。

Hi!

A lot of time is passed by since we started working on the proposal for the
charging stations and i think it's time to start an official RFC on the
mailing-list.

I hope no one else did this before.

I'm still a newbie at OSM and this is my first proposal, so I'm looking
forward to your oppinion and suggestions on this:
