[OSM-ja] 縁石のRFC(Was: [Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Kerb)

先日歩道(sidewalk)のタグ
highway=footway
footway=sidewalk
が承認されたばかりですが
車道と歩道の境界にある「縁石:kerb」のタグが提案されています。
歩道と車道を行き来する部分の歩道側にノードを打ち、
段差の状態を表現します。

えーどこまで細かく描くんだよ、という向きもあろうかと思いますが^^;
バリアフリー関連ではかなり重要な情報で、個人的にはぜひ描きたいタグです。
車椅子利用者は3cm以上の段差は自力通過できないといわれています。
一方、視覚障害者は段差が全くないと、歩道と車道の境界が分からず危険
という微妙なバランスがあります。

This proposal has been around for a while, but I can't seem to find any RFC
message in the archives.

I removed the yes and no values, because I couldn't see any utility, instead
offering the "unknown" value. One question remaining for me is whether to
allow for heights, either directly using the kerb=* key or perhaps in a
subkey like kerb:height=*.
