プログラミング言語っぽいタグですが
使い道は多そうです。

道路通行において時間帯や乗り物の種別以外に必要な
条件はありますでしょうか。
以前、「非常時のみ通行可」というタグが要りそうだ
という議論があったような気がしますが。。

Much like Dinamik's proposal announced earlier today, my proposal
suggests an extension to restriction relation tagging. It is designed to
handle not just modes of transport, but also time-based restrictions.
