[OSM-ja] cleaner ってなんでしょう?

更新おつかれさまです。

英語に強い訳ではありませんが
highway=gate（など）は以前使われていたタグで、
現在cleanerと呼ばれるbotを使って
barrierに置き換えが行われています。

経緯は
