[OSM-ja] Tottori earth quake task / 鳥取中部地震のタスク対応について

いいだです。

今年の10月に鳥取で発生した震災に対し、
HOT Tasking Manager経由での編集[1]が行われていましたが、
現地での対応もフェイズが変わり、一定の役割を終えたと判断し、
11月20日頃を目途に、タスクをクローズ（アーカイブ）しようと思います。
（現在は、優先度を「低」に設定し直しました）

現地の状況はまだ余談を許さないと思いますし、
引き続きの人道支援が必要な状況であると思われますが、
それはまた地図とは違った形かと思います。

また、Tasking Managerを経由した編集は、Bingをもとにしていることもあり、

・オフセット調整しないまま編集されている（地理院地図データが位置的に正しい）
・建物の描画の品質が低い

などの問題が発生しているとの報告を受けています。
タスククローズまでの間、Validation作業を含む、
データの修正作業を実施できたらと考えています。

またクローズの際にもう一度連絡します。

Thank you for great effort to help Tottori Earth Quake[1].
I think the phase is changing, and currently it does not need urgent
response.
(already changed the priority to "Low")

I would like to close (archive) it around Nov.20.

And, to experienced mappers, please help validation until that.
There some reporting about data quality.

* Wrong offset of Bing imagery (GSI map data is correct.)
* Bad quality polygons

I would like to merge and make use of precious contributions from over the
globe.

I'll notify at closing the task.
