[Talk-ko] Highway 12 at Geochang

Hello,

Last night I tidied up the interchange for Highway 12 at Geochang.  I want
to apologise to some people because I had to delete some ways.  There were
too many duplicated ways entering and exiting the highway.  If I deleted
your way, I am sorry.

I have noticed that there are duplicated ways in many places.  I have
started to look at the ones near Geochang.  I will do the following:

1) Visit the area with my GPS.  I will make a new GPS trace in JOSM, and
delete the ways which are different from my new trace.

and/or

2) Look at the road with Potlatch and Yahoo! aerial photos.  I will delete
the ways which are different from the photo of the road.

or

3) Do nothing.  I will wait for someone else to fix it.

Before I delete a way I will check the tags to make sure no information is
lost.  Also, I study the nodes at each junction carefully, to make sure
they join up.  I will now follow highway 12 to Daegu and check the route.

Lastly, there are still only 7 names on this list.  Please encourage other
Korean mappers to join this list.
