[Talk-ko] Road classification

Hi all,

I still don't know the best way to classify roads.  I have been observing
many kinds of road around Geochang, and also in the cities of Daegu and
Daejeon.  I want to discuss the matter again later, but right now I have a
question.

What is the Korean name for the type of road with a hexagonal road sign,
and what is the purpose of this type of road?  Here is an example in Daegu
(road 11):
