[Talk-ko] Highway restrictions

Hello,

Are bicycles permitted on 'trunk' roads in Korea?  I want to ride my
bicycle on Highway 3.  I need to make two separate one-way Ways for each
direction, and I need to map the interchanges near Geochang.

The road has a white 3 in a blue circle:
