[Talk-ko] New Road sign boards in Daejeon and surroundings

Hi everyone,

Following on from the email I made a new wiki page for this:

If people agree it is a good way to do this I will add a link from the Korean 
Mapping Project to this page.  I will also add information about street 
addresses.

Comments are welcome, and of course, it's a wiki, so you can edit it yourself.

By the way, I noticed that Naver maps now have street names.  I think Daum 
does not.  Yet...
