[Talk-ko] What is the name of hwy 35?

Hello,

On OSM we have the name of hwy 35 as "Tongyeong Daejeon Expressway" 
and "Jungbu Expressway".  You can see it here (turn on the data layer):

A short section north of the bridge has one name.  Further north it has the 
other.

Which is correct?  If it's broken I will fix it, unless someone else wants to.  
To help solve this problem I started making a page of road signs with the 
highway names in the wiki:

I will add pictures of roadsigns with motorway names.  Anyone else can (it's a 
wiki!).  I think I only have hwy 45 to add.

Should the name be the same for the entire length of the motorway (apart from 
tunnels and bridges)?
