[Talk-ko] Road classification (again!)

Hello everyone,

I have made a Wiki page with my suggestions for road classification.

For some time I have been disappointed with the categories suggested here:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Ko:Map_Features

For example, I think that the 'blue oval' road signs should 
be 'highway=trunk".

I have been looking carefully at roads and roadsigns on many trips around 
Korea, and I have made a new list for road classification here:
