[Talk-ko] More wiki pages

Hello again,

I have been making more detailed wiki pages to help English-speakers who want 
to contribute to OSM in Korea.  I am trying to explain what we can see here, 
and how to map it.

In this email I will list some of the pages I have made.  They are not 
finished, but I would appreciate your comments, especially if I have made 
errors!

I will make a reference for Hangul which is commonly found on road signs and 
the equivalent English.

I don't know if we should include Hangul on each page with the English, or 
make a separate Hangul page for each topic.  Also, if there are some Hangul 
pages for these topics could someone please tell me.  I don't want to 
duplicate information that is already there.
