[Talk-ko] Yahoo! image reminder

Don't forget, Yahoo! images are not accurate.  If you are tracing from Yahoo! 
images please move the image and line it up with a known feature before 
tracing new features.

In my town there is a very visible oval running track.  I have many GPS traces 
from this, so I know the OSM lines are accurate.  I move the Yahoo! images to 
align the aerial photos with the OSM traces, then I start editing.
