[Talk-ko] Getting more Koreans Involved

It's understandable that many Koreans don't like mailing lists. Right
now it's getting a little cumbersome to have to look through so many
messages then scroll down endlessly to find what I'm looking for. It's
a good problem to have, since our list was so dead for so long.

I looked at the wiki page again and it really needs a lot of cleaning
up. I think we need to really work on reorganizing it. Would it be
possible to have a tab at the top to switch the language from Korean
to English? I'm just getting into wiki editing myself, so I'll try to
do a little when I have time. We need to put the reference to the
Korean administrative units on there soon.

If we want to attract more Koreans I think we'll need to set up a page
on Naver or such. We'll need to meet them on their terms since it's
going to be difficult to attract them to mailing list and wikis since
it's not their normal means of communication combined with the
language barrier.

Our map is starting to look great. In many areas outside the major
cities the OSM map is far superior to Daum and the Official Korean
Tourism map. Let's keep up the good work, and keep the mailing list
cumbersome to read.

Brian (Geokraft)
