[Talk-ko] Testing

Hi everyone,

It has been pointed out that the digest function of this mailing list does not 
seem to support Korean text.  I have asked someone in OSM about this, and a 
fix has been suggested.  Basically, I have to turn on MIME support for the 
digest, so each message will be contained in its own MIME section.

Only some of you have chosen to receive a digest version, but I may have to 
alter each account individually as I don't know if the individual account 
settings take precedence over the global setting.

This is a test message, so don't worry if it looks wrong.
