I have created [[wiki:Ko:보안구역]] to let anyone interested in this area
contact with the user in question without language barrier, so they can
know what they're doing and their actions are not desirable here. It was
derived from changeset 46159124's comment by woodpeck. (Feedback and
edits are of course welcome.)

There is a script to rollback a changeset[1], and there're some scripts
to help reverting[2], but I haven't used the tools so I can't recommend
them.

Vworld removal is for their license violation. This 'national security'
stuff is irrelevant, removing entries just for alleged 'national
security' is mere vandalism for us at OSM.
