Really? Barranquilla for Venezuelan Refugees? Not Cucuta, Pamplona or Bucaramanga or surrounding areas?
Will Colombia move around 700 kms North all the these people mainly crossing from San Cristobal to Cucuta Border? When the primary destination of all this forced migrants is Ecuador and Chile?
With due respect some weird for me..
BsRgds JJ

Dear Team,
As the political situation in Venezuela continues to decline, HOT has Activated to help prepare for the influx of refugees into Colombia.
Due to the difficulty of mapping this densely populated city, and some pre-existing errors from prior mapping, this project is only for advanced mappers using JOSM, who should be aware to preserve by amending, rather than deleting, existing mapping.

Thank you in advance for #mappingthedifference, any queries just let me know.
