[Talk-lt] Lithuania city/ town/ village names question

Nerijus,
I just looked at an older wikipedia data dump I have. About 12,000
locations match names. I will do a small distance tolerance to see if I can
confirm any more. I didnt realize it would be so difficult to find a table
of names that aren't formal names, or the linking table. If that would
exist anywhere, it would save me tons of research time!

I appreciate your feedback and idea about the wiki data. Will help out if I
cannot find a full table.
