[Talk-lt] secondary/tertiary in proposed definitions at WikiProject Lithuania

Just to give some context.

I was accused that all decisions in Lithuania are made by me only
without any discussions. Anybody opposing me is kicked/driven out.
Specifically it was said that this particular decision on
classification was imposed by me. This accusation was being repeated
on talk/tagging mail-lists for years, I've always asked DWG to contact
talk-lt and ask Lithuanian mapping community - YOU - directly what you
actually think. DWG was for some reason unable to do that (Mateusz is
not on DWG as per my knowledge and is anyway biased).

DWG/OSMF practically ignored you - Lithuanian mappers - based on false
claims by people such as Mateusz. While it is OK to revisit this 12+
year old decision and maybe change it, main thing is to identify if
I'm the dictator here in this community.
