For example, thanks to them it was possible to partially automate
recovery of wikipedia links after Wikipedia editors decided to
move bunch of articles without leaving redirects.

for cases where such repair is possible in Lithuania as both
wikipedia and wikidata are tagged, so fixes can be applied
automatically
(I see that renaming stubs about villages is liked also by
authors of your Wikipedia, at least they left redirects)
