Hello,
I think that having both tags (wikipedia + wikidata) has more benefits
than drawbacks.

Yes.

I reviewed proposed automatic edits:
  1. wikipedia wikidata mismatch - follow wikipedia redirect:
   * Should be fixed automatically.
  2. wikipedia from wikidata tag, unexpected language:
   * Should be fixed, but with Lithuanian Wikipedia link, if it is
available. For example, https://openstreetmap.org/node/10009742613
suggests to add en:Vilnius University Faculty of Communication instead
of lt:Vilniaus universiteto Komunikacijos fakultetas
  3. wikidata from wikipedia tag:
   * Should be fixed automatically (JOSM wikipedia validator also
suggests to fix these).
  4. wikipedia tag in an outdated form for removal:
   * Don't know.
  5. wikipedia wikidata mismatch - follow wikidata redirect:
   * Should be fixed automatically.
