[OpenStreetMap talk-lu] Access restrictions

Hello there mappers :)

Actually, I understood the legal restrictions such as they are described by Math1985 and I have been mapping them as such.

During my surveys I only saw once a C,2 sign with "excepté (tractor picture)" below. That would mean access:agricultural + foot:yes for me. This is about legal restriction, not normal use of the way: if your destination is located behind the C,2 sign, you are allowed to get there with a motorbike, a car or a horse (but you need to have a good reason to get there I suppose in case of police control). In this case, the agricultural value wouldn't allow routing to the destination unless you set your vehicle as a tractor. Also, setting up a permission for each type of vehicle takes a longer time and is subject to errors - horse: key isn't set, then it's allowed - or what about pedestrians pulling a trailer? Since they are 27 different types of access on OSM, this is a lot :). I think it's easier to have a general rule + exceptions than a rule for each type of vehicle and user. Usually I leave the restrictions keys empty when I didn't see any specific signs.

Also, regarding the access:no I had some cases where my GPS didn't want to let me to walk on a path.

The restrictions that apply in Luxembourg are located on http://www.pch.public.lu/reseau_routier/signalisation/c_interdiction/index.html

But sometime I have been confused with those restriction signs:
- C,2 sign only on the end of the road and I didn't see any restriction at all on many tracks before the sign for the opposite direction (C,2 applies both ways), or
- C,2 + bicycle exception on one end and C,2 (without the bike exception) on the other and I never know how to map those restrictions. Sometimes I used the vehicle:destination + bicycle: unknown. Would it be an idea to collect those cases somewhere on the wiki and ask the local administrations about the permissions? I'm wondering if some people in the communes know that a bicycle is a vehicle ;)
- similar cases where a bridleway starts beyond a C,2 sign.

All the best, mappers!
