[OpenStreetMap talk-lu] Access restrictions

Hi,

in my opinion, the C 2 sign is a problem as it is described in our "Code de
la route". It is used on residential streets where it means that everybody
who lives there and everybody who has to do something in this street is
allowed to drive on it. But just try to do the same when it's used on a
track: the police will probably stop you because the only destination to
drive on it are farmlands, even if the track comes to an end in the
residential street you live. Therefore I added motorcar: agricultural. If
there was a second sign below, I added bicycle or horse:yes.

What's your opinion?
